JCI Residential will be located on Belterra Springs and will consist of 152 units placed on nine acres at Trinity Hills and Belterra Drives, just south of U.S. Highway 290.
According to the Austin Business Journal, Kurt Goll, president of JCI Residential has been eyeing Dripping Springs for quite some time. The luxury units should be completed in June 2015 and range from 745 to 1220 square feet. According to Goll, “These apartments have to deliver-not just home-like amenities, but a community experience.” The complex will also include a move theater, pool and fitness center.
Before the new development in Dripping Springs, JCI had great success with residential homes in Buda.
