Before you fall in love with any apartment, be sure that they will love your pet too. Most apartment communities have pet restrictions, some common restrictions are size, weight, breed, type, number of pets or even the age of the pet. Most apartment communities have a restricted breed list, if your pet is on that list it doesn’t matter how sweet your pet is, you will not be accepted, but don’t worry, we can help!

We work with all pets including the following breeds: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Mastiff, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Huskies, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Akita, Chow, Alaskan Malamute & even the mighty Chihuahua! We work with ALL DOGS!

What can we do for you?

Apartments HERE has spent years cultivating relationships with apartments in the Austin area (including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander and more) We know who will accept a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, or any type of dog. Other kinds of pets may be a lizard, snake, rabbit or many others. There are apartments pets allowed, you just have to know how to deal with them.

What is pet rent?

Pet rent has become common, pet rent may be charged for each dog or each cat, the rent can range from $10 per pet or higher. Pet deposits are usually split with part of the deposit refundable and part non-refundable. On occasion the apartment community may allow someone to break the pet deposit into 2 or 3 equal payments. One of our favorite management companies will work with any size & breed, in addition they will also lower your pets fee’s if you can show you adopted your pet from the shelter, they truly love pets! So if you have a pet, please call us and we will find you both a home!

Multiple Pets?

Do you have 2 pets or more? We can make that happen too! Pet rules are usually black and white, but every now and then we find a little gray. How many times has a friend done a favor for you? A few months ago we escorted a client to a property that previously stated they would not accept 3 pets, but after a little conversation they decided they could make a one time exception.
