  1. I have a broken lease from 2 almost 3 years ago and didn’t find out I owed anything till 3 months ago and h ent been able to pay it off due to having to move out of state for family reasons. However my husband and I an our to be born child are lookin to rent an apartment in Austin. Anywhere near downtown but not I town, a 10-15 min drive is fine. We would like to be close to a 24 hr Walmart or HEB. We’re lookin to move the begging weeks of march. Our budget is anything not over $1,000 a month with utilities, rent etc. not something dirty, half way finished or moldy anywhere. Also about the broken lease, I owe $540 to them but won’t be paying that off for a while. We sincerely appreciate the help.
